1-lb cooked macaroni and cheese
1/4 C real bacon pieces
1/4 C sliced marinated sundried tomatoes
3 TBSP Progresso Italian style Bread crumbs
1-T chopped fresh chives (opt.)
1-T melted margarine or butter

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 375, spray two 12-oz individual ovenproof casserole dishes or ramekins with nonstick cooking spray. In medium bowl, combine macaroni and cheese, bacon and tomatoes, stir gently into mix. Spoon evenly into bowls.
In small bowl, combine breadcrumbs, chives and margarine, mix well. Sprinkle over top of each casserole.
Bake 375 for 20-25 minutes or until top is golden brown.

You can purchase already prepared macaroni and cheese from the deli and use if you prefer. You can also use leftover mac and cheese if you have some.
This recipe is for two, but, you can make more by increasing the ingrediants to make a whole casserole if desired.
