1 chicken bouillon cube
3/4 C. boiling water
¼ C. butter
¼ C. flour
3/4 C. light cream
½ cup grated cheese
½ C. shredded Swiss cheese



Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve cube in boiling water. Melt butter in saucepan. Blend
in flour; add cream. Cook, stirring constantly, until thick. Blend
in bouillon and cheeses. Stir until smooth. Serve hot.
