2 C. Flour
1 Egg (beaten)
1 C. Sugar
2 Tsp. Shortening (melted)
1 1/2 tsp. Baking Powder
1/2 tsp. Soda
1 tsp. Salt
1/2 C. Nuts (chopped)
1 Orange (chopped w/juice & 1/2 of rind, grated)
2 C. Cranberries (chopped)

Directions:
Directions:
Sift dry items then add juice and rind.
Along with enough water to make 3/4 C. liquid.
Add egg & shortening, pour into dry items.
Mix til damp, add nuts and fruit.

Bake in greased loaf pan.
325º for 50-60 minutes.
