2 lbs of beef tips
1 can of Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 can of French Onion Soup

2 cups Minute Rice

Directions:
Directions:
Layer in Crock Pot beef tips and soups with 1/2 can of water. Cook on High for 4-6 hours or Low for 6-8 hours.

When ready place 2 cups of minute rice and 2 cups of water with 1/2 stick of butter and 1 tsp salt in microwave safe dish and cover. Cook 5 minutes on High, remove stir and recover and cook on High 5 minutes longer.

To serve place rice on a plate or in bowl cover with beef tips and gravy.
