Baguette or Hoagie roll
2 slices of Bacon
1 Egg
As much Watercress as you like
Grainy Mustard (or whatever kind you like)
Mayonnaise

Directions:
Directions:
Cut the roll or baguette in half lengthwise
Slop as much mustard and mayo as you can get on the roll
Cook the bacon
Hard boil the egg
Slice the egg
Put the bacon,egg and watercress on the roll
Chomp
