2 C. Dry White Beans
1 1/2 Qt. Water
1 tsp. Salt
1/3 C. Brown Sugar
1 tsp. Dry Mustard
1/4 C. Molasses
1/4 lb. Salt Pork (diced)
1 Large Onion (diced)

Directions:
Directions:
Place beans in water and soak overnight.
Add salt and cook 1 hr. til tender.
Drain liquid into separate container, add other items to 2 C. of liquid.
Mix well, cover and bake 4-5 hours.
Check occasionally.
