4 medium Potatoes
½ cup Sour Cream (or Milk)
2 Tbsp Butter
2 Tbsp Chives
¼ tsp Salt
Dash of Pepper

Mix.

Top with:
½ cup Grated Cheddar Cheese
2 Tbsp Bacon Bits

Directions:
Directions:
Bake 4 Potatoes. (Scrub them, poke with fork or wrap in aluminum foil. Put in 400°oven for 1 hour, or you can back at 350° for 1 ½ hours if you have something else baking.) Lay potatoes on cupboard and cut top off. Scoot out insides, leaving shell to refill. Whip together insides of potatoes and sour cream, butter, chives, salt, and pepper. Refill potato shell and top with cheese and bacon bits. Return to oven to heat through (approximately 15 minutes at 350°).
