2 cups evaporated milk
1 cup white corn syrup
6 cups sugar
6 squares unsweetened chocolate
1/2 cup butter
2 tsp. vanilla
2-3 cups pecans, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
In heavy saucepan, combine milk, corn syrup, sugar and chocolate; bring to boil, stirring constantly. Reduce heat to medium. Work sides of pan while stirring.

Cook to 234º or soft ball stage. Remove from heat; add butter; do not stir. Let mixture cool until you can touch it. Add vanilla. Beat until mixture holds shape. Add nuts. Pour in sprayed pan.
