1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
½ cup milk
1 t lemon juice
½ cup butter crackers
½ cup plain bread crumbs
1 t grill seasonings

Directions:
Directions:
Cut chicken into 1-2” wide strips. Whisk together milk and lemon juice. Add chicken and toss with milk mixture until chicken is coated. In a Zip Lock Baggie, place crackers and seal. Crush the crackers up with a rolling pin. Add the bread crumbs and grill mixture. Remove the chicken from the milk mixture with a slotted spoon and place chicken in the bag with the crumb mixture. Seal, and shake bag to coat chicken. Put chicken on parchment paper in a jelly roll pan. Bake at 425 for 20 minutes. Make sure they are cooked through.
