• 4 salmon fillets (about 6 oz. each)
• 2 tbsp butter or margarine, melted
• 2 tsp soy sauce
2 tsp lemon juice
1 tbsp fresh snipped chives
1 tbsp fresh snipped parsley
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp onion powder
1/8 tsp pepper

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cover a baking pan with heavy duty foil, crimping the sides of the foil.
Place the salmon in the foil. Cut six or seven slashes in the fillets. In a small bowl, mix the remaining ingredients. Brush the mixture over the salmon fillets and bake uncovered at 350 for 15 to 20 minutes until the fish flakes easily with a fork. Serve with rice and a favorite steamed vegetable.
