24 shrimp
1/2 cup butter
1 large garlic clove
2 Tbsp chopped onion
1/2 cup sherry wine
2 Tbsp parsley
mushrooms (optional)
Italian style bread crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter - add onions, garlic and mushrooms, if desired. Add shrimp. salt and pepper. Add sherry and parsley.

Put into oven dish - top with bread crumbs.

Bake 350º for 10 - 15 minutes.
