Ingredients:  
1 Quart Lukewarm Water
1 pkg. Dry Yeast
2 tsp. Sugar
4 C. Flour

Directions:
Directions:
Place water in 1/2 gallon jar, add yeast & sugar to soften.
Stir in flour and cover with clean cloth.
Let rise til light and aged ( 2 days).
Mix will be thin, as it stands add more flour as needed.
As you use, replace with equal amounts of flour and water.

That way you always have starter prepared for your next batch.
