3 doz. Dry Corn Husks
1/3 C.Cornmeal
2 - 1 lb. Can Refried Beans (mashed a bit )
1 lb. Ground Beef (cooked)
1- 6oz. Can Tomato Paste
2 tsp. Chili Powder
1/2 tsp. Salt & Pepper
2 1/2 C. Water

Directions:
Directions:
Prior to starting soak corn husks til soft and workable.

Mix beans and cornmeal.
Lay 2-3 husks together to form wrapper.
Spread 1/3 C. bean mixture in center,add 1 Tsp. ground beef.
Roll and cover in husk, tie with string if needed.

Next on Dutch oven, mix other items & bring to boil,
Lay tamales in single layer in sauce, cover and cook for 30 minutes.
Repeat process till all tamales are done.
