1/4 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. dried dill weed
1/4 tsp. grated lemon peel
1/4 c. white vinegar
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 large cucumber, sliced (about 2 cups)

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except cucumber and blend well. Add cucumber slices, toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
8 (1/4 c.) servings.
