Chicken Florentine Recipe

2 c. cooked chicken, cubed
1/2 c. butter, divided
4 tsp. minced garlic, divided
1 T. lemon juice
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 T. Italian seasoning
1/2 c. half and half
16 oz. frozen spinach
2 c. shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
4 strips cooked bacon, crumbled
1 lb. cooked thin spaghetti

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cook spinach in microwave and drain well. Then saute' spinach, mushrooms and 1 tsp. minced garlic with 1/4 c. butter.
2. Melt remaining 1/4 c. butter over medium heat, stirring often. Mix in remaining garlic, lemon juice, mushroom soup, Italian seasoning, Parmesan cheese and half and half until bubbly. Add chicken.
3. Put spinach and mushroom mixture on the bottom of a 9x9 dish. Pour chicken mixture on top and sprinkle with the bacon pieces.
4. Bake at 350º for 20 mins. Add mozzarella cheese and bake for 10 mins. more. Serve over thin spaghetti.
