1 small zucchini, sliced
1 red pepper, sliced
1 medium onion, sliced
1/2 tsp dried parsley
1/8 tsp dried thyme
Dash pepper
2 whole wheat Pita breads
1/2 cup light cream cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Spray a skillet with non-stick cooking spray. Add vegetables and seasonings. Stir-fry until vegetables are cooked 5-7 minutes. Cut Pita bread in half and microwave on high for 20 seconds or until warm. Spread 2 tbsp of cream cheese in each Pita bread half. Fill with stir-fried vegetables.
