1 cup wheat puffed cereal
1 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup whole wheat pastry flour
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp salt
2 tbsp light agave nectar
1/3 cup vanilla soy milk (or skim milk)
1/4 cup peanut butter
2 tbsp canola oil
3 tbsp sesame seeds
1 tbsp pure vanilla extract
1 can (20 oz) no sugar-added or light cherry pie filling (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Spray a 9" x 13" baking pan with non-stick cooking spray.
Combine first 5 ingredients in mixing bowl.
In a separate mixing bowl combine the next 6 ingredients until well mixed.
Pour dry ingredients into wet and mix, apr. 30 strokes.

In a conventional oven: Preheat oven to 350ºF. Bake for 20 minutes. Remove from oven, cut into 12 bars, return to oven to bake for 5-6 more minutes.
