2 large onions, raw
1 1/2 tbsp honey
1 clove garlic, raw
1/2 tsp rosemary, dried
1/2 tsp ginger, ground
1 1/4 cup cider vinegar
1/4 tsp black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oil in skillet over medium heat. Add onions and honey. Cover and cook until onions have browned and most of the liquid has evaporated, 10-15 minutes.

Uncover and cook, stirring constantly until golden, 10 minutes more. Add 1-2 tablespoons water if onions begin to scorch.

Add garlic, ginger and rosemary, stir about 1 minute. Add vinegar and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes. Season with pepper if desired.
