1. Two cans of either sliced Hearts of Palm or Cuts & Tips
2. Six diced fresh mushrooms or 1 can
3. Two stalks of scallions chopped
4. Approx. ten cherry tomatoes cut in 1/2
5. Two-three pickles diced
6. Avocodo diced(optional)
7.One tsp. vinegar
8.One Tbs. lemon juice
9. 2-3 Tbs. Lite Mayonnaise
10. salt to taste
11.One Tbs. sugar or Splenda

Mix vegetables , mix sauce ingred. and pour over veg.,refrigerate.
