1 box Acini Pepe macaroni
1 3/4 cup pineapple juice
3 egg yolks
1 cup sugar
3 Tbsp flour
1 can crushed pineapple
1 can pineapple tidbits
2 cans mandarin oranges, drained
1 pkg mini marshmallows
1 container cool whip
maraschino cherries, for color, if desired

Directions:
Directions:
Boil macaroni in salted water until tender. Drain and rinse under cold water.
Sauce: combine pineapple juice, sugar, flour, and egg yolks, slightly beaten. Bring to a boil to thicken. Pour over macaroni and let set overnight.

Next day, add pineapples, mandarin oranges, marshmallows, and cool whip. (and maraschino
cherries). Keeps a week or more refrigerated, or it can be frozen.
