2 Boxes of Jif cornbread
1 Stick of butter
2-3 Stalks of green onion
1 Stalk of celery
*salt, pepper, and nutmeg to season
3 Chicken bouillon cubes
3 c. Water
1 Boiled egg

Directions:
Directions:
Bake two boxes of Jif cornbread as directed on package, until it is a deep golden brown and let cool.
Once cooled, crumble cornbread in a large mixing bowl.

Melt butter in a small fry pan. Cut green onion and celery finely and add to butter.
Saute celery and onion until tender then add to cornbread.

Add salt, pepper, and nutmeg to taste.

Dissolve 3 chicken bouillon cubes in 3 cups of hot water. Add to cornbread mixture.

Mix well and pour into 13x9x2 baking dish. Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 350º for one hour. Remove foil and bake for an additional 20 minutes or until top is golden brown.

Add one boiled egg, chopped finely.

**Before browning the for another 20 minutes, cut small pieces of butter and place on top.
