2 Pkgs. Frozen Cassava
1 can condensed Milk
1 can Coconut Milk
1 jar sweetened Shredded Coconut
1 Aluminum casserole dish with cover

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl; stir until all the ingredients are mixed together. Spray aluminum casserole dish with pam. Pour all ingredients in the casserole dish and bake for 1 hour at 350º. After 1 hour get a toothpick and stick in the cassava cake several times and if the toothpick is clean then it's cooked; if not then turn off the stove (the heat will make it cook) and make sure the top is dry. The top of the cassava cake shoud be medium brown.
