2 C. Unsifted, Self-Rising Flour
1 C. Sugar
1 C.Water
2 tsp. Vanilla
1/2 C. Cocoa
1 C. Mayonnaise
1-2 tsp. Powdered Sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Grease & flour ring cake pan.
In bowl mix flour, sugar & cocoa.
In small bowl whisk water into mayo til smooth.
Stir in vanilla and add to flour mixture.
Mix well and spoon into prepared pan.
Bake for 45-50 minutes.
Cool in pan, move to wire rack.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
