1 3 lb. boneless beef roast (do NOT use a pre-seasoned one!)
2 cans Ro-Tel brand "Mexican festival" - diced tomatoes with green chiles, lime & cilantro, with liquid
1 c. beef broth
1 shot tequila


Directions:
Directions:
Place roast in bottom of crock pot and pour all ingredients over. Cook on low for 8-10 hours. Serve with rice and beans or shred meat and serve in tacos or burritos.
