6 eggs
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 1/2 cups flour
1 c. oil
1 t. baking powder
pinch of salt
2 T. lemon juice

Directions:
Beat eggs and sugar for 10 min. in large bowl. Add rest of ingredients. Pour batter into cupcake pans (to the top). Bake for 25 minutes at 350º or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Frost as desired!
