1ST LAYER:

3/4 cup butter or margarine
1 1/2 cup all purpose flour
1 cup finely chopped pecans

2ND LAYER:

8 oz. package cream cheese, softened
1 cup powered sugar
1 1/2 cup cool whip

3RD LAYER:

2 small packages instant chocolate pudding mix
3 cups cold milk
4TH LAYER:

Directions:
Combine 1st layer ingredients and press in a 9x11 inch pan. Bake at 350º for 20 minutes. Let cool.
Combine 2nd layer ingredients and blend and carefully spread over the crust. Chill.
Combine milk and pudding mix and prepare as directed on the package. Pour pudding mixture over the cream cheese mixture and chill.
Top with 8 oz. cool whip and sprinkle with pecans.
Keep refrigerated.
