1 1/2 cups cooked ground chicken
3 qts water
1/4 tsp pepper
1 medium onion, ground
2 - 3 carrots, ground
2 tsp chicken bouillon (cubes work)
2 tsp celery salt
2 tsp accent
1 tsp kitchen bouquet

Directions:
Directions:
Cooked chicken can be ground in the blender with part of the water. Same for veggies. Boil all ingredients together for 30 minutes. Mix a roux of approximately 1/2 cup oil and 1 cup flour (heat oil until it smokes then add flour). Mix with wire whip; it should be about the consistency of mashed potatoes. Don't brown it. Add to soup stock and whisk together. Simmer and serve.
