2 - 3 Ibs of Meat - chicken or pork
1 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup white vinegar
2-3 cup water
2-3 bay leaves
jalapeņos to taste
chopped onion

Directions:
Directions:
Put all together in large stockpot or crock. Chicken or Pork should be golden to dark brown. Make sure meat stays covered with sauce. Serve with rice.
