Ingredients:  
Peel and halve potatoes.
Estimate 1-2 per person served.
5-6 Cloves of Garlic (fresh)
Salt & Pepper to taste
1/2 C. Green Onions (chopped)

Directions:
Directions:
Put on large pot of water to boil.
Add potatoes that have been peeled and cut in half.
Along with these add garlic cloves also halved and green onions.
As this cooks, the flavor simmer into the potatoes.
When done, drain off water.
Serve hot with dollops of butter!
