(3) 6oz packages fresh, frozen coconut
2 3/4 cups sugar
16 oz sour cream (minus 1/4 cup)
1 box Duncan Hines yellow cake mix.
Directions:
Directions:
Mix first three ingredients and refrigerate overnight or longer.

Use cake mix to bake cake as directed in 2 layers.
Split layers for 4 equal layers.

Ice cake and store in refrigerator overnight or longer.
