1. One package chicken giblets
2. One package chicken necks(optional)
3. One package chicken wings(optional
4.Two stalks of celery diced
5. One large onion diced
6. One large soft tomato chopped
7. 1 small potato diced
8. One large can of mushrooms
9. One small can of tomato sauce
10. Oil for frying

Directions:
Directions:
Boil giblets for 5 min. and drain.
In a 2 quart pot saute onions & celery in oil, add the giblets and chopped tomatoes, water to cover , add can of tomato sauce, potatoes, mushrooms and (necks and wings) cover and simmer for 11/2 hr on small flame till poupiklach can be cut with fork easily. Make sure there is enough liquid to cover mixture but not too much.
