Ingredients:  
1 Tsp. Butter or Lard
2 C. Beef Broth
1 Small Onion (chopped)
2 Tsp. Flour
6 Soda Crackers


Directions:
Directions:
In heavy 2 qt. saucepan, melt butter or lard. Saute til golden brown, stir in 1 1/2 C. broth and bring to boil.
Take a whisk and blend remaining broth and flour. Stir into boiling pot, cook til thick.
Break crackers into small pieces and fold into broth.
Set aside, for 5 minutes for crackers to soften.
Serve hot!
