Personal Notes:
These meatballs are prepared each Christmas Eve before we go to the Christmas Eve church service. The meal starts with Rice pudding in which an almond has been hidden. The person who finds the almond plays Santa on Christmas morning. Boiled red potatoes, green bean casserole, pretzel salad and cardamom bread rounds out the meal. After church we have a variety of Christmas cookies for dessert and then we open our Sandman gifts. (P.J.s )
