4 lb. whole chicken
1 tsp. Salt
2 C. Corn
2 Qts. Water
5 Potatoes (diced)
1 Onion (diced)

Pot Pie Dough
2 C. Flour
1/2 tsp. Salt
2 Eggs
4 Tsp.Water

Directions:
Directions:
Cook chicken in salt water til done then remove. When cool, debone, shred and set aside
Add vegetables to boiling broth and cook for 10 minutes.
While vegetables are cooking start pie dough.
Mix flour and salt. Beat eggs with 4 Tsp.water, work into flour mixture.Form stiff dough (add more water 1 Tsp. at a time if too dry).
Roll dough onto floured surface and cut into small squares.
Drop into boiling broth and cook 20 min.
Stir in chicken pieces last, stir well and serve hot.
