1 3/4 C. Sugar
1/4 C. Flour
1 Tsp. Vanilla
3 Eggs (beaten)
1/3 C. Melted Butter
3/4 C. Buttermilk
1 Pie Shell (unbaked)

Directions:
Directions:
As you add the following items, whisk well after each addition.
Mix sugar and flour together.Add vanilla, then beat eggs. Put in butter and last but not least add buttermilk.
Whisk well and pour into unbaked crust.

Bake at 350º for 45 minutes.
When done middle will barely move and crust will be golden brown.
