4 cups cooked rice
1 stick of butter
2 large onions
6 toes garlic
1 bunch green onions
2 stalks of celery
6 bay leaves
parsley
1 lb. ham seasoning, cut fine
4 gizzards
6 livers
salt, pepper
lots of paprika (3 tsp?)

Directions:
Directions:
Boil gizzards & liver in pot with salt, pepper, quartered bell pepper, and one quartered onion; saute garlic, onions and celery, all chopped fine, in butter and olive oil; add bay leaves; add to it the ham seasoning, gizzards and livers, which have all been chopped fine; add this to rice with salt, pepper, onion powder, pinch of cayenne and lots of paprika. Keep tasting and add more butter and paprika to taste; add parsley
