1 pkg chicken cutlets- cut up into thin pieces
1 egg
salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprica
flour

onion
garlic
1 box fresh mushrooms
white wine
Dijon mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Mix egg with spices. batter the chicken by dipping each piece of chicken into egg and then the flour. Fry each lightly just enough to make the batter crispy

Fry onion and garlic and mushrooms for 2 minutes.(onions dont need to be completely cooked through because it continues cooking in the oven. Pour in white wine and Dijon Mustard. Cook another 2 minutes. Pour sauce over chicken pieces. Bake 1/2 hour covered at 350º
