2 1/2 lbs. fresh or frozen cranberries
1 1/2 c sugar
1/ 2 c Grand Marnier liqueur or Cointreau which is much cheaper
2 oranges-cut in quarters

Directions:
Directions:
Place 1/2 of the cranberries in food processor
Pulse several times to break down
Add 1/2 the sugar and 1 orange and 1/4 c Grand Marnier
Process until well mixed but a little coarse
Repeat the process with remaining ingredients
Refrigerate or freeze
