1 8oz carton sour cream
2 eggs
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 cup creamed corn
1 cup self rising cornmeal
2 tsp baking powder

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sour cream, eggs, corn and oil. Beat well. Combine corn-meal and baking powder. Stir into corn mixture. Pour into well greased 10-inch iron skillet. Bake at 400º for 30 minutes.
