2 cloves garlic, raw
1 1/2 cup basil, fresh
5 Greek olives, black
2 tbsp cheese, Parmesan, freshly grated
3 tbsp pine nuts
1 1/4 cup olive oil

Directions:

Combine all ingredients except olive oil in food processor and puree. Add olive oil and puree further approx. 1 minute. Serve over pasta or chill to use as spread.
