1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp chopped shallots
2 tbsp raisins or dried cranberries
1 tbsp olive oil
2 cups cooked Swiss chard, spinach, kale, or broccoli
2 tbsp toasted pine nuts or chopped almonds

Directions:
Directions:
Simmer 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar with 1 tbsp chopped shallots in a skillet over medium heat until syrupy for approximately 1 minute. Remove from heat and stir in 2 tbsp raisins or dried cranberries, and 1 tbsp olive oil. Toss with 2 cups cooked Swiss chard, kale, broccoli, or spinach.
Stir in 2 tbsp toasted pine nuts or chopped almonds.
