1 bag oreo cookies - 15 oz.
1/4 lb. margarine - melted
1 pkg. cream cheese - 8oz. - softened
1 cup confectioners sugar
1 container whipped topping - 12 oz.(such as Cool Whip)
1 (6 oz.) pkg instant chocolate pudding
2 1/2 cups milk

Crush cookies in a food processor or place in a plastic freezer bag and crush with a rolling pin or wooden mallet. Set 1/4 cup aside. Mix remaining crushed cookies with melted margerine. Press into the bottom of a 9 x 13 pan. Blend cream cheese and confectioners sugar with mixer at medium speed until smooth. Fold in half of the whipped topping. Spread over the cookie layer. Refrigerate 1/2 hour. Combine milk and instant pudding mix. Beat until smooth. Pour over chilled mixture in pan. Refrigerate for 1 hour. Spread remainder of whipped topping on top of pudding layer. Sprinkle with remaining cookie crumbs.
