1 lb beef, flank, lean, raw
1 tbsp cumin seed
1 tbsp chili powder
1 medium pepper, sweet, red, raw
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp pepper, red or cayenne
1/2 head Romaine, raw
1 medium onion, raw
1 avocado
9 tortillas, whole wheat

Directions:

Place flank steak in pan lightly misted with olive oil and cook on medium-high heat.

When halfway done cooking meat add cumin, pepper, chili powder and cayenne. Add sweet peppers and onion. Stir frequently until finished cooking.

Wrap tortillas in aluminum foil, place in 200ºF oven for about 3 minutes to warm.
Wash and chop lettuce, peel avocado and depit. Place avocado in bowl and mash.
Remove tortillas from oven and place lettuce, steak mixture, avocado and lettuce in tortillas. Add salsa and/or lime juice if desired. Wrap to make fajita tight and enjoy!

Chicken or turkey breast can be substituted for the steak to make a lower fat meal. Vegetarian refried beans for the protein to make a vegan tortilla/burrito.
