1 can (16 oz) jellied cranberry sauce
1/2 cup (low in sugar) barbecue sauce
1 egg white
1 lb 93% lean ground turkey breast
2 tsp grated orange peel
1 medium green onion, diced
1/8 cup parsley, chopped
1 tsp reduced sodium soy sauce
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/8 tsp ground red pepper (optional)
nonstick cooking spray (mist preferably)

Directions:
Combine cranberry sauce and barbecue sauce in slow cooker. Cover and continue to cook on high for 30 minutes.
Beat egg white lightly in medium size bowl. Add turkey, orange peel, onion, parsley, soy sauce, black and red pepper, if desired and mix until well blended. Shape into 20 balls.
Spray turkey meatballs lightly with cooking spray and add to slow cooker. Reduce heat to low, cover and cook for 3 hours.
