3 cups confectioners sugar
1 jar (7 oz.) marshmallow creme
1 tsp. vanilla
1 bag (14 oz.) caramels
3 tbsp. water
1-1/2 cups pecans, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
In a bowl, combine sugar, creme and vanilla; knead until smooth (mixture will be very dry). Shape into 4-1/2" x 1-1/4" logs. Cover and chill overnight.

In the top of a double boiler over boiling water in lower pan, cook and stir caramels and water until smooth.

Dip logs in caramel and roll in pecans. Chill for 2 hours. Cut in 1/3" slices.
