2 (8 oz.) packages cream cheese, softened
1 (8oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
1/4 cup finely chopped green bell pepper
2 tablespoons finely chopped sweet onion
2 teaspoons seasoned salt
2 cups chopped pecans, toasted and divided

Directions:

1. Combine first 5 ingredients; stir in 1 cup pecans. Cover and chill until firm.
2.Shape mixture into a ball; roll in remaining 1 cup pecans. Place cheese on a serving platter; serve with an assortment of crackers Decorate with thin strips of green and red bell pepper.
