1 lb hamburger
1/2 cup diced onion
1 1/2 cup frozen corn
1 can cream of mushroom soup
3/4 soup can of milk
tater tots

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º
Brown hamburger and onion
Put into 2 qt casserole dish
Add corn, soup and milk - mix well
Add double layer of frozen tater tots

Bake 30 minutes covered + 20 minutes uncovered or until tater tots are crispy.

My mom made this for our family when we were kids - with french green beans instead of corn. My boys (Joe, Cody and Hunter) don't like green beans so we substitute with the corn. This is one of the boys favorites so wanted to include it in our cookbook for them!
