1 lb. Dry ziti pasta

1 Onion chopped

1 lb. Ground beef and/or turkey

2 (26 oz) Jars spaghetti sauce

6 oz Provolone cheese, sliced

1 ½ c. Sour cream

6 oz. Mozzarella cheese shredded

2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese


Directions:
Directions:
Boil large pot of slightly salted water, add ziti, cook approximately 8 minutes and drain.

Brown ground beef and/or turkey with onion. Add spaghetti sauce and simmer 15 mins.



Preheat oven to 350º . Spray with cooking spray a baking dish.

Layer ½ the ziti, the provolone, sour cream and ½ the sauce mix, layer the remaining ziti, then add mozzarella and remaining sauce. Top with parmesan cheese.



Bake for 30 minutes.



Can be made vegetarian by not adding any meat, told by my niece that it was very good.
