1 loaf challah, cubed
6 eggs beaten
1 lg. onion chopped
oil (for frying)
2 c. celery(optional) chopped
salt & pepper to taste
garlic powder, to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Mix challah with eggs until well coated. Set aside. (Don't smoosh the cubes!) In a large frying pan, saute onion until golden. Add celery if using. Add cubes and fry (french toast style) until browned. Add seasonings. Put stuffing on bottom of pan. Lay chicken pieces on top of stuffing. Spice the chicken. Cover pan and bake for 1 1/2 -2 hrs.
