2 Chicken breasts, sliced

1 Onion, finely chopped

1 tsp. Crushed garlic

1 tsp. Ginger paste

2 tbsp. Butter

¼ c. Peanut butter

½ c. Chicken broth

¼ c. Honey

2 tsp. Grainy mustard

1 tsp. Curry powder

Dash Tabasco hot sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Sauté onion, ginger and garlic in butter. Brown chicken and add peanut butter, honey, mustard, curry powder and Tabasco. Add chicken broth slowly, stirring continuously. Cook until chicken reaches internal temperature of 165F.
